A man calling himself Brother Corey and claiming to be a member of the group told
CNN that the individuals who worship at the building call themselves the “Seas of
David.”
He dismissed any suggestion that the men were contemplating violence.
“We are peaceful,” he said. He added that the group studies the Bible and has “soldiers” in
Chicago, but is not a terrorist organization.
David Sea Benjamin Williams, 17, said the group had young children with them sometimes.
Remember the two Israelis Moshe Elmakias 30 and Ron Katar 23 who were detained in
Plymouth in October 2001 by federal immigration authorities after being found with
detailed video footage of the Sears Tower in Chicago?
Ayelet Reisler 23 who was with them had a German passport in her name and
medication in a different name ...
Elmakias and Katar were detained by INS and transported to a federal facility and
Reisler was released.
It seems they were playing at being furniture removalists like the 5 dancing Israelis who
were picked up by police after witnesses phoned them about men of "Middle Eastern
appearence" callously celebrating and taking pictures of themselves with the burning
World Trade Centers in the background ...
Perhaps Elmakias and Katar had planted explosives in the Sears Tower in Chicago
way back then, and the FBI left them in place so that at a strategic time they could pick
up some "whacko but harmless" group, charge them with conspiracy to blow up the Sears
Tower and then find the explosives the evil "whackos" planted ...
IF they picked up these "whacko but harmless" guys on such flimsy evidence, how come they didn't charge the

Thousands of Somalis protesting foreign intervention and supporting the JIC ...
Two defeated Somali warlords have fled from Mogadishu to a waiting US ship, while a third publicly renounced his opposition to the capital's new ruling Joint Islamic Courts (JIC), court sources said on Saturday, June 17.
Bashir Raghe and Muse Sudi Yalahow took a boat early in the morning to a US military vessel which approached the Somali coast, while Omar Finnish told local media that he had apologized for his opposition to the courts, a senior aide to the courts' leadership told Reuters.
Since February, the JIC has led militias in a series of battles against the US-backed warlords, who ruled Mogadishu and parts of Somalia since the ouster of strongman Mohamed Siad Barre in 1991.
The courts won decisively in fighting that claimed 350 lives. Experts say the courts also won support by providing a semblance of security and justice in one of the world's most dangerous cities.
But they did not stop with the coastal capital, and swiftly moved inland to secure critical towns almost to the Ethiopian border, giving them newfound power and encroaching on the weak interim government's seat in Baidoa.
US government officials and experts have said that secret funding by Washington's CIA for the warlord Alliance for the Restoration of Peace and Counter-Terrorism (ARPCT) has backfired, empowering the same groups the Bush administration has sought to marginalize.
JIC leaders invited foreign journalists Friday night, June 16, to counter accusations from their vanquished rivals that they supported Al-Qaeda and intended to rule with an iron fist, noting that the warlords were defeated by a public uprising.
"We have no intention of creating something on our own. We want to concentrate on bringing stability and security," JIC Deputy Chairman Sheikh Abdulkadir Ali Omar told foreign journalists in the Somali capital at the courts' invitation.
"Then we are ready for dialogue and discussion in the future. We are not here to form our own government," Omar said. "There was a total uprising by the whole grassroots of Mogadishu," Omar said.
The courts again denied there were any foreign terrorists or extremists in their midst, which is the reason the warlords gave for fighting them — in what many say was a ploy to obtain the US counterterrorism funding they are widely believed to have received.
"If you can find a terrorist, let us know. If we find one we are very much prepared to hand him over," Omar said. "There are no foreign terrorists in Mogadishu."
The JIC's military progress prompted the interim government to start negotiations, but the courts said a parliamentary vote last Wednesday to allow troops into the country would scuttle the talks.
"We are ready for a dialogue, we are willing to compromise," Omar said, but added there would be no budging on foreign troops: "From our point of view there is no reason for foreign troops. We can stabilize Somalia ourselves."
On Friday, thousands of courts supporters protested against foreign interference in the country's affairs and US backing of the defeated warlords.
The protesters, on their second day in the streets, said the parliament had been manipulated by other countries in the region, namely Ethiopia, which they accused of wanting to occupy their shattered nation.

Ruba Awayes, a student of information technology, said she saw no Israeli military activities or
disturbances in the vicinity, but thinks the type of bullet (rubber bullet) points the finger at the occupation

Humam Rishmawi, the ophthalmologist who treated Awayes’ eye, said:
"Everything was smashed by the impact of the bullet – the cornea, the retina, the internal blood vessels, the entire eyeball was smashed.
"We had no choice but to eviscerate her entire eye, which we did. We also placed a polystyrene ball in place of the eyeball." Awayes will have another operation in a few months to put in an artificial eye.

U.S. blocks UN statement slamming Israeli Occupation Force shelling of Gaza
U.S. envoy John Bolton insists on balanced text; Palestinians accuse America of 'shielding'
Israel.
The UN Security Council failed to agree on a statement Thursday on a recent surge in
violence between Israel and the Palestinians, after the United States said the proposed draft
was unfairly critical of Israel.
The draft proposed by Qatar on behalf of the Palestinians would have expressed
concern about the "indiscriminate shelling against the Gaza Strip, resulting in extensive
human casualties" and called on Israel to halt "military operations and excessive use of force
that endangers the Palestinian civilian populations." The United States had argued for its long-standing belief that any such statement
mention both sides' obligations under the road map and cite Palestinian attacks against
Israel as well.
Because the draft failed, the Security Council will hold an open meeting on Monday
when any of the 191 member states of the United Nations can speak. The council will also
hold a monthly meeting on the Middle East a week after that.
Palestinian UN observer Riyad Mansour strongly suggested that the United States was
the lone holdout against the statement, though he did not mention the U.S. by name.
He referred to "one member who is shielding and protecting the Israeli actions and
aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza and in other parts of the occupied
territory."
Diplomats said Britain and Denmark also had problems with the draft, and U.S.
Ambassador John Bolton would not say if the United States was the only one opposed.
"If I were the only holdout I'd be proud of that fact," Bolton said after the council could not
agree on the text.
"The balance of the text as it ended up was still not adequate in our view and we weren't
prepared to support it," Bolton said. "It was disproportionately critical of Israel, and unfairly
so and needlessly so."
The Palestinians had called on the UN Security Council Monday to take urgent action to
stop what they called an escalating military campaign by Israeli forces.
Mansour had said in a letter to the council that at least 18 Palestinians have been killed
since last Friday and scores more have been wounded in a barrage of military attacks.

Said Vito Messana, a 21-year Teamster who currently drives redi-mix trucks, and volunteered at the WTC site for the first two weeks of the
recovery effort. Subsequently, he served as a steward on the site for more than a year, working with Local 282 Business Agent Dominick
Marrocco to coordinate and manage more than 1,000 trucks per day as the clean-up operation moved forward.
“Once it went from a rescue and recovery to a job, we stepped it up and tried to keep it as union as possible,” he said. “The trades can carry
our head high and proud. They did a fantastic job."
Messana said there is no way to describe the scene at Ground Zero, and that the television coverage did not even come close to doing
it justice. Workers at the site had to contend with numerous challenges and hazards, from the obvious—the sheer amount of debris that needed
to be sorted through and carried away—to the unexpected. He said at the beginning of the recovery effort, the heat from the smoldering ruins was
causing rounds of ammunition trapped in the wreckage to shoot off, injuring some ironworkers trying to break apart pieces of metal from the
towers. Regardless, Messana said, the members of the New York City Building Trades did what they had to do. “You had no time to be scared—you
were so angry,” Messana said. “Everybody was on the same color chart: red, white and blue.”

said John Santaniello, a former construction driver and 23-year Teamster who now works as a Local 282 trainer.
Santaniello spent approximately 12 weeks at Ground Zero driving trucks that hauled steel away from the site. He and more than 20 fellow
Teamsters who worked for Scalamandre Construction put in double-shifts at the site. Santaniello said he could not believe the devastation when
he first arrived there, and also had to deal with the grief over losing a cousin who was killed when the towers fell. That cousin worked for a rescue
unit in the Bronx that responded to the emergency.
One day, Santaniello said he and his fellow workers noticed a man enter the site who, he said, was clearly just a regular citizen and not a
member of the crew working at Ground Zero. They approached the man, who told them he had lost his sister in the attacks, and that he wanted to
put a letter on The Pile, as the tower wreckage came to be known.
“I gave him my hard hat and vest,” Santaniello said. “He walked up and left his letter. That sticks with me a lot.”

Chief of Staff Andrew Card claimed that after he told Bush about the second World Trade Center crash, “it was only a matter of seconds” before Bush “excused himself very politely to the teacher and to the students, and he left” the classroom. Card also stated that Bush “quickly excused himself to a holding room.” [San Francisco Chronicle, 9/11/02] In a different account, Card said, “Not that many seconds later the president excused himself from the classroom.” [MSNBC, 9/9/02] The Booker school video shows these statements are lies—unless “a matter of seconds” means over 700 seconds!
Sandra Kay Daniels, the teacher whose second-grade classroom Bush visited on 9/11, told the Los Angeles Times that after Card informed Bush of the second crash, Bush got up and left. “He said, ‘Ms. Daniels, I have to leave now.’ ... Looking at his face, you knew something was wrong. I said a little prayer for him. He shook my hand and left.” Daniels also said, “I knew something was up when President Bush didn’t pick up the book and participate in the lesson.” [Los Angeles Times, 9/11/02] However, the Booker video clearly shows that Bush did follow along after being told of the second plane.
